The moment when networks went global – Cisco Systems

Cisco Systems is founded in San Jose, California, by Leonard Bosack and Sandy Lerner, two engineers who go on to drive the evolution of the internet's infrastructure. In the years that follow, Cisco becomes one of the leading providers of the routers, switches and networking equipment that connect the entire planet and underpin the Internet as we know it today.
